Main Purpose
The purpose of this role is to build customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- To identify and secure business from new and existing customers and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- To initiate and maintain relationships with potential customers.
- Coordinate processes and troubleshoot customer problems in line with the contract and internal standards.
- To compile cost and comparative models for projects and equipment
- To enhance market presence and awareness
- Meeting sales targets through strong account management and business development
- Contributing to the profitability of Absolute's operations.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualification, a technical and/or commercial degree would be advantageous.
- Knowledge and understanding of rigging, transport, cranes, and wind business.
- Evidence of experience in a similar role, ideally in construction, renewable energy, oil, and gas, offshore, ports and mining
- Must be a proficient negotiator.
- Extensive experience in customer service business.
- Excellent skills both written and oral.
