Afinta Parts is searching for a
CVD Administrator to join the team in
Meadowview. The purpose of position to provide vital support to division's sales & operations teams by handling administrative tasks, reports, promotions, communication, specials, warehouse activities, rebates, commission, budgets, and sales performances as well as to assist executive by performing clerical and secretarial duties.
Requirements:
- Grade 1
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration
- Competency in MS Office, Excel and databases
- Strong organizational skill and analytical skill
- Good command of the English and Afrikaans languages, both written and spoken
- Sound organizational and interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Sales programs
- ELCB & Webbi
- Able to work independently
- Aptitude for working with computers
- Able to act with tact and discretion
- Computer Skills
- MS Office, Word, and Excel
- Good Communication skills verbal and written
- Highly focused and deadline driven
- Ability to work under pressure

- Company Vegicle Usage for Commercial, All Related Issues Regarding Vehicles
- Capturing Vehicle Data Weekly on Excel for Commercial Fleet
- Travel footprint is to be sent through to Head Office.
- Prepare Exco, general meetings and conference packs
- File correspondence and other records
- Arrange employee of the month trophies, certificates & voucher
- Assist with EMEKA temps.
- Update briefing schedule for marketing
- Miscellaneous
- Monitors
- Maintaining customer mailing list
- COD
- Assist head office with admin requests
- BIS Reporting
- Consolidation of Overtime Schedules
- Maintaining fleet analysis
- European
- Traffic fines & vehicle accident reports
- Standard Bank Fleet Report.
- Provide information/stats via Webbi reports
- Attend to travel arrangements flights, accommodation, car hire.
- General Admin
- Assist reception (overflow of calls)
- Organise business meetings and social functions for specific Managers and divisions
- Corporate uniform/PPE
- General IT functions
