    Description

    We are seeking an IT/Security Manager – Cyber Security to join our team at paracon, a global organization in the financial services and banking sector.

    Main Responsibilities

    1. Develop business continuity management and planning strategies for the IT Service Management environment.
    2. Implement information security and infrastructure enhancements to ensure a secure, robust, and resilient environment that is protected against threats.
    3. Evaluate and ensure that infrastructure can provide sufficient capacity and systems availability.
    4. Oversee business intelligence and application development management, including system changes documentation and monitoring.
    5. Manage project lifecycles to drive service improvements.
    6. Ensure effective internal management of the ITSM function, with oversight and management of risk to maintain sound corporate governance and regulatory compliance.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Degree: Computer Science or Information Science; relevant Security/Cyber Security certifications are highly desirable.
