    We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Housing Development Manager to join our team at Dynexity.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee multiple housing development projects from conception to completion.
    • Manage cost, commercial matters, quality, resourcing, scheduling, and technical matters during the project lifecycle.
    • Provide technical advice to clients on infrastructure and housing projects.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation for the planning and implementation of infrastructure and housing projects.
    • Manage multi-disciplinary professional service providers.

    Requirements:

    • Strong knowledge of housing development planning processes and statutory approval processes.
    • Good understanding of government policies, procedures, and housing developments across all programmes.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to budget and maximize sustainable revenue streams.

    About You:

    We are looking for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in housing development management. You should have excellent leadership and project management skills, as well as strong technical knowledge of housing development processes.

    What We Offer:

    • A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum.
