    Account Manager, Client Retention, Healthcare Role

    DSV Healthcare is seeking an experienced Account Manager to drive business growth and retention through value-added solutions.

    Purpose of the Role:

    The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring mutually beneficial relationships between DSV Healthcare and clients, leveraging their expertise in pharmaceuticals and warehouse management systems.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Deliver configured solutions aligned with client supply chain drivers and enhance relationships through consultative engagements.
    • Proactively identify potential problems and develop resolution plans to mitigate risk and ensure contracted SLAs are met.
    • Develop and manage account plans to meet business needs of both clients and DSV Healthcare, while facilitating training implementation on various business platforms.
    • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and support in delivering solutions and managing risk.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 3 years' experience in account management or customer service, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
    • Attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and excellent communication skills are essential.
    • Warehouse management systems knowledge is an advantage.
