- Deliver configured solutions aligned with client supply chain drivers and enhance relationships through consultative engagements.
- Proactively identify potential problems and develop resolution plans to mitigate risk and ensure contracted SLAs are met.
- Develop and manage account plans to meet business needs of both clients and DSV Healthcare, while facilitating training implementation on various business platforms.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and support in delivering solutions and managing risk.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in account management or customer service, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and excellent communication skills are essential.
- Warehouse management systems knowledge is an advantage.
