    Aftersales Dealer Support Manager

    Seeking an experienced Aftersales Dealer Support Manager to provide daily support for customers and dealers in the KZN region, ensuring customer loyalty and dealer satisfaction.


    Purpose of the Role:

    • Provide daily support for customers and dealers, emphasizing customer loyalty and dealer satisfaction.
    • Provide feedback to the National Aftersales Manager about the marketplace, owner expectations, dealership performance, and franchise compliance.
    • Support Aftersales projects and initiatives as required.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide feedback to the Aftersales Manager about the marketplace, owner expectations, dealership performance, and franchise compliance.
    • Implement and attain all parts sales, marketing, and purchasing objectives within the Region of the dealer.
    • Develop and implement recommendations to enhance dealership parts wholesale and retail operations and profitability.
    • Work with the Aftersales Manager to achieve the region's Aftersales qualitative and quantitative goals.
    • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming concerns and issues related to vehicles.
    • Collect feedback to determine patterns and issues, and provide FAQs to customers to ease troubleshooting.
    • Interact with customers and provide assistance as needed.
    • Manage dealership personnel and training.
    • Manage warranty policy and procedures.
    • Manage dealer parts sales and policy.
    • Ensure operating standards compliance.
    • Manage dealer aftersales department.
    • Manage dealer warranty and warranty audit.
    • Manage dealer certification and evaluation process.
    • Provide monthly reporting to the Aftersales Manager.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • 3-5 years' experience in the Automotive Aftersales environment (OEM level advantageous).
    • Strong technical, warranty, and parts knowledge and experience.
    • Strong written and oral communication skills.
    • MS Office proficiency, with strong MS Excel skills required.
    • Ability to travel extensively when required.
