- Recruitment and Sourcing
- Proactively source candidates in the market relevant to job specifications available
- Ensure all vacancies are loaded and advertised on our CRM system within 24 hours of receiving the request
- Conduct thorough interviews – If done via video conferencing, then a copy of the link should be attached to the candidate on our CRM system (Interviews are recorded)
- Daily follow-up with clients on the status of vacancies as well as candidate submissions
- Candidate Management
- Match candidates to all available jobs within the business
- Format and reference-check all CVs – They should be readily available to send to a client
- Ensure a 24-hour turnaround for all referral CVs received
- Client Management
- Develop new business and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Ensure that candidate's supporting documentation is obtained and attached to our CRM system
- All candidates to complete a POPI declaration before any CV is sent to a client. This needs to be stored on our CRM system
- System and Administration
- Load, create, and publish job ads on our CRM system
- Utilize the CRM system effectively as per company requirements and training provided
- Capture and update information on our CRM system, Excel, and MS Teams as per tracking requirements as per the required timelines
- Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire
- Sign in files to the risk department for references
- Complete and submit placement forms for contracting
- Ensure that our CRM system is live and up to date
- Innovation
- Analyze the recruitment process performance, prepare recruitment dashboards, present dashboards, recommend changes to the recruitment process, and implement changes
- Improve organization attractiveness and/or efficiencies by recommending new policies and practices, innovative ideas, proposals, and communications beneficial to the business
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations
- Find other means of sourcing candidates by proposing and implementing innovative strategies
