Description
Lodge Group is looking for a Reservationist to be based at Head Office in Springs to be able to independently deal with the complete reservation procedure from initial contact to payment (i.e. booking, cancelations, deposits, credit, confirmations, upselling activities extras etc.)


Requirements:


  • Operations experience (FOH, reception) at a 4/5Star Luxury property/establishment
  • Minimum of 23 years' Hospitality experience in a similar position at a 4/5Star luxury property/establishment
  • ResRequest Experience (Beneficial), MS Office, MS Word & MS Excel
  • Excellent command of the English Language (verbal & written)
  • High level of telephone etiquette & excellent allround communication skills
  • Able to sell packages and activities.
  • Must be a well organised team player who is capable of working independently with initiative and must be meticulous in work performance
  • Detail
- oriented and very organised
- daily checks on all bookings (provisional, groups, arrivals, departures, VIP clients etc)

  • Must be professional and of sober habits
  • Contactable references needed.
