Description

Our Clients owns and operates 21 luxury apartments in Bantry Bay as well as Commercial buildings in the Cape Town area.

Own car essential Previous Hospitality Operations experience essential.
They are marketed via AirBnB as well as numerous online sites.

A Film Studio will be part of the scope and reservations will have to be handled.

We are looking for a vibrant person to assist the Operations Manager with the above, plus other properties.

Must have a thorough understanding of the below

Room Operations

Reservations

Housekeeping

Staff Rostering

Management and control of room inventory

Basic Maintenance

Must have an eye for detail and be able to spot any problem and solve them.

Must be able to multitask

Must be able to use initiative and solve problem speedily.


Must have transport and live close by as with emergencies, you will need to be able to get to the sites quickly.


It would be mainly day shift, however should there be a late arrival or a crisis you would be called on to assist.
