Position Overview:

As a Real Estate Sales Manager at Just Property Dynamic, you will play a pivotal role in leading our sales and rentals teams across our three offices.

You will have the opportunity to shape the future of our company and drive growth and success in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate agents and rental specialists across our three office locations.

Set sales and rental targets and develop strategies to achieve and exceed these goals.

Implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and brand recognition.

Monitor market trends and provide insights to assist agents in pricing properties competitively.

Maintain and strengthen client relationships through excellent communication and customer service.

Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of real estate agents and rental specialists.

Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to ensure smooth operations and overall success.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in real estate sales and management, preferably in a leadership role.

A deep understanding of the real estate market, trends, and regulations.

Strong leadership and motivational skills to inspire and drive a team to success.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.

Knowledge of local real estate markets and industry connections is a plus.
