    Job Title: Key Account Manager (KAM)

    Description

    The Key Account Manager will be responsible for nurturing existing relationships with brokers and overseeing the day-to-day management of floorplan operations on a daily basis for a boutique financial services firm based in Pretoria.

    This role reports to the Head of New Business, who is tasked with promoting financial products and services to existing brokers, providing them with tailored solutions to meet their commercial clients' needs.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and broker interactions within the company's CRM system.
    • Providing exceptional customer service to maintain strong relationships with existing brokers.
    • Collaborating with other departments to ensure brokers receive a seamless experience.
    • Managing daily floorplan tasks, including placements, settlements, reporting, stock takes, and client relationships.

    Requirements:

    • Commercial qualification (finance, marketing, business management, or similar)
    • Experience in business development or account management in commercial finance
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Able to work independently and as part of a team
    • Proficiency in Excel and attention to detail
