Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent within hospitality (advantageous)
- At least 3 years' experience in senior management role within a 4/5 star operation
- Good understanding of hotel operations
- Excellent customer relations
- Professional and well groomed
- Fluent in Microsoft Office and Opera (or alternate res system)
- Driver's licence essential
