    What you will do:

    • Play a key role in developing and deploying the platform.
    • Develop architecture and play a leading role in technology choices and innovation.
    • Optimize our test, release, and deployment processes (working with our QAs and platform engineers).
    • Collaborate closely with other team members, technical and non-technical, to turn business requirements into technical solutions that make a difference for our clients and users.
    • Mentor junior developers and contribute to the development of our engineering culture.

    What you need to have:

    • Experience as a senior or mid-level full stack developer; you are passionate about software development and engineering.

    • You consistently seek ways to improve products, processes, and ways of working, and continuously share what you learn with your team.
