N/Subs Qualified Conveyancer Position

A qualified and experienced conveyancer is required to act as a key point of contact between our attorney firm, estate agents, banks, and clients.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Grade 12 qualification
• LLB degree and admission as an attorney
• Qualification as a conveyancer

We are looking for an individual with a minimum of 3 years' experience working in a PRO (Property Representative Office) capacity within the conveyancing industry. While your current role may not be dedicated to conveyancing, it is essential that you have a solid understanding of the process. Additionally, we require strong marketing skills, as this position is sales-driven.

You will also need to hold a valid driver's license and have access to a vehicle, as travel to various locations will be necessary.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
