Customer Sales Consultant

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to serve as a brand ambassador, providing top-notch sales services to customers while ensuring client satisfaction and business growth in the auto and cargo industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales territory: Nelspruit and Barberton.
Maintain and service current customer accounts to meet their evolving needs.
Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic account management and effective sales strategies.
Regularly update customer information to ensure accuracy and compliance with company requirements.
Expand territory through targeted cold calling and professional networking to identify new business opportunities.
Manage payment collections and credit control processes to optimize cash flow and minimize risks.

Requirements:

Reside in Nelspruit.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the auto and cargo sectors, with a proven track record of success.
Experience in key account management is advantageous for driving business growth and building strong relationships with clients.
Matric or equivalent qualification as a minimum requirement.
Valid, legal driver's license with no endorsements, essential for traveling between customers and locations.
South African citizenship to ensure seamless integration into the local market.
Fluent in English; Afrikaans language skills are an added advantage for communicating with diverse clients.
Clear criminal and credit history to ensure a clean bill of health for our company.
Strong communication skills to effectively engage with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
