    Description

    Job Title: Recruitment Specialist

    Location: Remote/On-site (Alexforbes)

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the recruitment life-cycle end-to-end within Alexforbes. This includes providing efficient, accurate, and timely customer-focused support to ensure the recruitment process is followed effectively and efficiently.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate accurate job descriptions, assessments, and relevant recruitment checks for each hire.
    • Talent sourcing for roles within the portfolio, including managing the Psychometric Assessment component for all Senior Hires and key/critical senior specialist roles.
    • End-to-end E-Recruitment system administration.
    • Manage the offer process.

    Relationship Building:

    • Proactively create, identify, manage, and maintain a readily available Talent Pool for all high-volume, revenue-generating roles within the portfolio.
    • Partner and form relationships with the client base to understand their business and recruitment needs.
    • Conduct competitor analysis to gain key insights and trends relative to the Insurance Industry Markets, aligned with Best Practices and Recruitment metrics.
    • Manage end-to-end engagements with candidates and maintain relationships with external agencies.

    Reporting and Communication:

    • Deliver and present weekly traction reports on vacancies, challenges, and activities aimed at mitigating hires outside of SLA.
    • Administer all correspondence to applicants/candidates professionally, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policy.

    Requirements:

    • HR Diploma/Degree preferred.
    • 4 – 6 years in Talent Acquisition.
    • 2 – 4 years in Financial Services.
    • High Volume Recruitment and Pipeline Creation in a fast-paced environment.

    Skills:

    • Proficiency in HR systems and E-Job Boards.
    • Sound knowledge of HR practices related to recruitment.
    • Extensive experience in the End-to-End Recruitment Life Cycle.
