    Description and Requirements

    As an LCSC Inside Sales Representative you will need to be able to build that trust and the strong customer relations over the phone. You need to be enthusiastic, dynamic, and someone who can achieve goals through collaboration; you need to be persuasive without the benefit of face to face contact.

    Your responsibilities will include the following:

  • Align reseller opportunities to distributors in SADC.
  • Business development and Relationship Management (Distribution and Resellers).
  • Generate and increase opportunities to maximize sales within channel.
  • Sales forecasting (quarterly).
  • Training facilitator.
  • Implementation, execution and tracking of per quarter.
  • Marketing floor days at business partners.
  • Assisting resellers with all opportunities
  • Aligning the correct product to client's request.
  • Assisting with pricing against competitor brands.
  • Identifying, sourcing, and communicating new business opportunities.
  • Leading, motivating, coaching, and developing sales teams on the Lenovo SMB product portfolio.
  • Requirements :

  • 2 years of experience in sales in a similar position within the IT industry
  • Experience working within the south region
  • Ability to work on cross departments/cultural assignments
  • Passion for IT technology and supporting customers
  • Fluent in English
  • You are detail oriented and enjoy working with data
