    Key Roles and Responsibilities:

    · Work hand in hand with the Toyota SA (Future Toyota Department)

    · Initiate and build relationships with Toyota SA business

    · Engage with Toyota SA business to understand implementation and training requirements

    · Manage and optimize training solutions for e-Toyota ONE

    · Monitor Toyota dealership e-Toyota ONE usage

    · Monitor Toyota dealership progress

    · Will be required to assist with on-site dealer training, support and follow-up

    · Job will require traveling nationally and BLNS which may be extended periods of time

    The duties and responsibilities for this position include the following:

    · Train and equip Toyota dealerships on how to use and implement e-Toyota ONE system and processes

    · Train individuals and groups on how to use e-Toyota ONE and all related products/modules

    · Implement and maintain Toyota SA processes

    · Perform Root cause analysis and identify and recreate issues experienced at Toyota Dealerships related to dealer operational processes

    · Perform needs analysis with Toyota dealerships and communicate any needs and shortcomings with the Toyota SA business team

    · Montior Toyota Dealership performance on e-Toyota ONE by studying the related reports and resolve issues that might be caused by incorrect process

    · Weekly reports on e-Toyota ONE dealer Implementation progress

    · Monthly reports on e-Toyota ONE dealerships, monitoring their progress and identifying shortcomings

    · Assit Toyota SA business to identify and prepare upcoming targeted project implementation

    Working Hours:

    · Working hours are from 08h00 to 17h00 with an hour lunchbreak between 12h00 & 14h00. The company benefits include:

    This role requires own reliable transport, as most travel will be by road.

    Required Experience:

    · Preferred highest education Grade 12 (Matric)

    · Academic & Experience Requirements

    · Matric (Grade 12)

    · Completed a Degree or Diploma will be an advantage

    · I.T knowledge and experience will be an advantage

    · Advanced MS Excel working knowledge and experience

    · The following qualifications & work experience is beneficial but not a requirement:
