    We are seeking an experienced and skilled Culinary Professional to join our team at Bright Placements. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes across all sections.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Assist in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes across all sections
    • Supervise and guide junior kitchen staff in daily operations
    • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene
    • Help with menu planning, stock control, and inventory management
    • Ensure consistent food quality and portion control
    • Take charge of the kitchen in the absence of the Sous Chef

    • Minimum 23 years of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in a luxury or fine-dining setting
    • Strong culinary skills and a passion for quality food preparation
    • Good organizational and leadership abilities
    • Knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen hygiene practices
    • Culinary degree or equivalent professional training preferred
    • Flexible schedule, with the ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
