Preferred skills and experience

Relevant tertiary qualification: A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources; Industrial Psychology and/or Labour/ Industrial Relations.
- A minimum of 3 years' prior experience in an Industrial relations role.
- An understanding of and insight into the BCEA, LRA, OHS, EE, SDL and POPI acts.
- Knowledge of regulations and compliance as it relates to Human resources and South African law
