- Participer à des démonstrations, des promotions et des événements marketing et évaluer leur succès.
- Développer de nouveaux produits pour de nouveaux marchés.
- Réaliser des tests sur site et être impliqué dans l'évaluation des produits selon les besoins des clients.
- Communiquer et résoudre les problèmes avec les clients concernant les produits, puis travailler en étroite collaboration avec des technologues alimentaires seniors pour résoudre et améliorer les produits.
- Mettre en œuvre des systèmes de contrôle/assurance qualité pour augmenter la production et la durée de conservation des produits.
- Gérer le développement de nouveaux produits et résoudre les problèmes avec des clients clés afin d'obtenir de nouvelles lignes de produits innovantes, d'améliorer les lignes existantes ou d'assister là où des problèmes peuvent survenir dans leurs gammes de produits.
- Travailler sur des lignes personnalisées avec plusieurs départements pour obtenir de nouveaux produits adaptés aux besoins et exigences des clients.
