- Step 5: Your Interview We use a competency-based model. Interview dates will be confirmed via email. During the interview, you'll meet the panel and we'll explain the process.
- Step 6: Assessment If we're interested, you may be invited to complete a psychometric assessment and further employment checks to verify your credentials.
- Step 7: Prior to an offer, there may be a second interview with the Head of Department.
