    Our Recruitment Process

    1. Step 1: Advertise We advertise our vacancies based on market availability of required skills, typically taking between 3-5 days.
    2. Step 2: The screening process varies depending on role complexity and volume, which may take a couple of days.
    3. Step 3: Longlisted candidates are reviewed by the hiring manager for the next stage of selection.
    4. Step 4: Telephonic Screening Candidates may be contacted for a short interview to get to know them better.
    5. Step 5: Your Interview We use a competency-based model. Interview dates will be confirmed via email. During the interview, you'll meet the panel and we'll explain the process.
    6. Step 6: Assessment If we're interested, you may be invited to complete a psychometric assessment and further employment checks to verify your credentials.
    7. Step 7: Prior to an offer, there may be a second interview with the Head of Department.
    8. Step 8: Onboarding Once you've accepted, we'll ensure all necessary documents are collected to get you onto our payroll system.
