Profile:
- Acting as first point of contact (dealing with correspondence, queries, phone calls)
- Facilitating bookings and guest liaison
- Preparing proposals and invoicing, managing payments, deposits, breakage deposits, processing refunds all payment reconciliations
- Controlling and obtaining guest check in documents prior to arrival, completed guest information forms and signed guest manuals
- Managing and maintaining booking calendars on Hostaway and Nightsbridge
- Assisting with adding photos and guest reviews to property websites
- Guest concierge
- Guest manuals
