Job Summary

A highly skilled Lab Chemist with expertise in Chemical Adhesives, Construction, Ink, FMCG, Packaging, or Textiles is sought to drive innovation and excellence in a dynamic team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise to operations, sales teams, and external customers to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Optimize existing products by balancing performance and cost, ensuring maximum efficiency and competitiveness.
• Develop new products that meet or exceed market standards, leveraging industry trends and customer needs.
• Evaluate and approve alternative raw materials to enhance product quality and reduce costs.
• Analyze competitor products to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for differentiation.
• Offer telephonic technical support to customers, providing expert guidance on product usage and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with production, procurement, sales, and QA teams to ensure consistent product quality and efficient operations.
• Visit customers with sales representatives to provide technical support, demonstrate products, and gather feedback.
• Investigate product complaints, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions to prevent future issues.
• Compile and maintain accurate records, including data sheets, FAQs, and product presentations.
• Conduct research and development to stay ahead of the competition and drive business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
• Proven experience in the chemical manufacturing industry, with at least 5 years of relevant work history.
