Admitted Attorney with High Court experience dealing with Foreclosures.

The law firm is based in Pretoria East and provides an excellent opportunity to grow your career within a much needed field of law.

Our client based in Pretoria East needs an Admitted Attorney:

Minimum requirements
At least 2 years' experience in banking litigation, preferably on unsecured loans.


Experience required

  • Admitted Attorney.
  • Must have high court litigation experience.
  • Comprehensive and detailed knowledge of the entire foreclosure process
  • Vetting of Pleadings and Notices drafted by junior personnel.
  • Managing of junior personnel.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Excellent admin and organisational skills
  • Functioning under pressure and able to adhere to stringent time
- lines.


Required Skills:


  • Strong communication skills
  • Administratively strong
  • Proficient in Office Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Previous experience working on AJS will be an added advantage.
