    We're looking for a Senior Digital Account Manager who views marketing and advertising as a career and not just a job.     What you'll do:

    You will also be supporting the team to produce memorable and effective campaigns for our clients. All the while building strong relationships with both our clients and internal agency stakeholders.

    The Senior Digital Account Manager will be responsible for managing Account Executives and independent contractors, delivering outstanding client service, and overseeing multiple pieces of digital marketing business. The successful candidate will be an expert in the digital world, possess excellent analytical skills, and be a proven leader with exceptional communication and presentation skills.

    Day to day, your role includes:

  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understand their business goals, and provide strategic guidance to meet their digital marketing needs.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign performance, resolve issues, and implement client objectives. Oversee various production stages and ensure adequate resources.
  • Develop Marketing Strategies: Work with clients to develop and execute digital marketing strategies.
  • Performance Reporting: Analyze campaign performance data, such as website and social media analytics, to track progress and optimize strategies. Provide clients with regular reports, highlighting key metrics and recommendations for improvement.
  • Effective and Accurate Financial Management of Projects: Ensure and track campaigns to stay within the allocated budget and report weekly and monthly.
  • Upsell and Maintain Client Satisfaction: Identify upsell opportunities and work towards increasing account value. Maintain strong relationships to facilitate long-term partnerships.
  • Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Continuously stay informed about the latest digital marketing trends, platforms, and best practices, and use this knowledge to provide innovative solutions to clients.
  • Qualifications

    We're looking for a talented Senior Account Manager with impressive work experience, which typically includes:

  • Five to seven years of experience in a digital agency environment is essential.
  • Excellent understanding of the digital world and ability to offer smart POVs on how businesses should adapt accordingly.
  • Excellent analytical skills and strategic thinking.
  • Effective time-management, impeccable organization, and flexibility to adapt quickly to changes.
  • Amazing communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Marketing or Communications degree is preferable.
