    Description

    Job Title: Inbound Call Centre Agent

    Industry: Banking and Finance

    We are seeking highly skilled and experienced inbound call centre agents to join our client's team in the banking industry.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Matric Certificate or equivalent
    • No less than 2 years' experience in banking/financial services customer care or inbound call centre environments
    • Bachelor of Commerce (BCOM) in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Auditing, Investments, or Economics
    • Clear credit record
    • Clear criminal record
    • Willingness to work rotation shifts (8am-5pm, 9am-6pm, 10am-7pm), including alternate Saturdays and public holidays
    • Competitive basic and incentive remuneration

    Skills:

    • Excellent communication skills
    • Negotiation and objection handling abilities
    • Strong customer service skills
    • Relationship building and maintenance expertise

    Key Performance Areas:

    • Attending to customer credit card queries in a timely manner
    • Resolving queries efficiently and effectively
    • Overcoming client objections and concerns
