    Job Overview

    A highly motivated and results-driven individual is sought to join our sales team as a key contributor to business growth and development. Working closely with an assigned Branch Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and nurturing potential client relationships.

    This role offers a unique opportunity to earn commission on top of a basic salary. Key responsibilities include:

    1. Conducting thorough research to identify high-quality leads and potential clients using internal processes and partner websites
    2. Organizing leads on a spreadsheet and selecting suitable contacts for each potential client
    3. Reaching out to leads via LinkedIn, email, and phone to arrange meetings for Branch Managers
    4. Following up after meetings to close deals and ensure client satisfaction
    5. Inputting data and cross-checking leads through Client Relationship Management (CRM) systems
    6. Preparing reports to analyze progress and meeting targets

    Qualifications and Experience

    The ideal candidate will possess:

    • A strong academic background with good High School results and passes in all subjects
    • A University/College Degree/Diploma in any field, with all subjects passed advantageous
    • Cold-calling, sales experience, or general work experience beneficial

    Skill Set and Desired Competencies

    We are looking for a candidate with:

    • An excellent command of the English language, with proper use of grammar and sentence structuring essential
    • Excellent organization and time-management skills
    • Excellent phone and email etiquette
    • Persistent follow-up with leads using various mediums
