- Monitor deliveries daily and submit reports with relevant remarks/feedback.
- Attend to customer queries and provide timely and accurate feedback.
- Liaise with National/Cross Border Branches to ensure all deliveries are achieved as per the SLA.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills are essential.
- Grade 12 – Matric qualification.
- 3-5 years' experience in Customer Service.
- Geographical knowledge and company's distribution network.
- Effective communication, time management, analytical ability, initiative, adaptability, and multitasking skills.
