    Customer Service Role Overview

    At RTT, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all deliveries are monitored timeously and reports are submitted with relevant remarks/feedback to keep our customers well informed. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service and promote a positive image for our company.

    Main Responsibilities
    • Monitor deliveries daily and submit reports with relevant remarks/feedback.
    • Attend to customer queries and provide timely and accurate feedback.
    • Liaise with National/Cross Border Branches to ensure all deliveries are achieved as per the SLA.
    • Exceptional customer service and communication skills are essential.

    Requirements
    • Grade 12 – Matric qualification.
    • 3-5 years' experience in Customer Service.
    • Geographical knowledge and company's distribution network.
    • Effective communication, time management, analytical ability, initiative, adaptability, and multitasking skills.
