    Real Estate Accountant for Property Management

    We are seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Accountant to manage the financial operations of our property management department. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and a proven track record of success in the real estate industry.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the property management department
    • Apply knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
    • Maintain excellent organizational and communication skills
    • Work independently and as part of a team

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
    • At least 5 years of experience in real estate accounting
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

    Salary Estimate:

    R1,200,000 - R1,800,000 per annum based on location and experience.
