    Summary of Role

    As a Marketing Assistant & Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for a wide range of marketing administrative and graphic design tasks that support our team's efforts to promote our brand, engage with clients, and drive business growth. Your role will involve collaborating closely with the marketing team and the wider business to execute effective marketing strategies and enhance our company's presence in the market.

    As a formal representative of Numata, the ideal candidate will serve as a brand ambassador, nurturing customer relationships, and safeguarding the Numata brand and values at all times.

    Responsibilities

    The key responsibilities of the role will include, but not be limited to, those outlined below.

    Marketing Administrative Tasks:

    Handle essential administrative duties including taking messages, running errands, and addressing billing/finance queries to ensure smooth operations within the marketing department.

    Graphic Design:

    Assist with graphic design tasks, creating visual content that supports our marketing campaigns and communications.

    Internal Communications:

    Effectively manage all internal communications, ensuring that information is distributed accurately and promptly across the organisation.

    Client Gifting:

    Oversee the selection and distribution of gifts to clients, enhancing relationships and reinforcing our brand's value proposition.

    External Newsletter:

    Manage the creation and distribution of our external newsletter, curating content that engages our audience and promotes our services and solutions.

    Partner and Vendor Management:

    Establish and maintain productive relationships with partners and vendors, coordinating efforts to support marketing activities and events.

    Merchandise Management:

    Oversee the procurement, inventory, and distribution of branded merchandise, ensuring quality and consistency with our brand standards.

    Event Planning and Coordinating:

    Organise and coordinate marketing events, including logistics, promotional materials, and attendee engagement, to ensure successful execution and outcomes.

    Office Aesthetic Management:

    Ensure the office environment reflects our brand's identity through strategic renovations, cohesive branding, and impactful signage to foster a positive and engaging workspace.

    Leads Capturing and Reporting:

    Implement systems for capturing leads and conduct regular reporting on marketing metrics to inform strategy adjustments and improvements.

    Reporting:

    Prepare comprehensive reports on marketing activities, analysing data to assess performance and identify opportunities for growth.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing, graphic design, communications, or a related field
    • 1-2 years experience in marketing

    Desirable Experience/skills

    • Proficiency in graphic design with a good understanding of design principles and software (Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Canva).
    • Good understanding of traditional and digital marketing
    • Good writing, communication, and presentation skills
    • Proficiency in MS Office applications
    • A passion for marketing and a keen eagerness to learn and grow.
    • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
