Responsibilities:

• Conducting comprehensive financial analysis and risk assessments to drive strategic decisionmaking
• Developing innovative retirement plans and benefits packages tailored to our clients' needs
• Collaborating with internal teams to design and implement cuttingedge actuarial models and methodologies
• Providing expert insights and recommendations to stakeholders based on rigorous data analysis
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of our pricing strategies and product offerings

Requirements:

• High school diploma with Mathematics
• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science or equivalent
• Demonstrated expertise in statistical modeling, data mining, machine learning, or optimization
• Certified or nearing certification as an actuary with a recognized actuarial professional body, such as ASSA or IFoA
• Proven track record of excellence in actuarial analysis and problemsolving
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues and clients
• Proficiency in actuarial software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning
