    Description

    Job Overview

    You will work with functional owners to leverage people systems and technologies for effective processes. Your responsibilities will span the full technology product life cycle: requirements gathering, vendor selection, solution design, deployment, sustainment, adoption, and retirement.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Set priorities by aligning with sub-functional strategy, processes, and ways of working.
    • Gather new requirements through a Joint Application Development session.
    • Provide business case input on product deliverables.
    • Document functional requirements specifications clearly defining project objectives.
    • Construct complex process models and create UML diagrams.
    • Translate functional and business requirements into technology solutions, emphasizing standardization, simplicity, and user-centric design.
    • Configure IT Services and support testing activities.
    • Deploy technology solutions based on deployment priorities and plans.
    • Sustain technology solutions, addressing potential escalations as a single point of contact.
    • Ensure flawless integration with People Systems and technology landscape, collaborating with architects.
    • Prioritize and test releases, supporting change management and communication.

    Desired Experience & Qualification

    • MATRIC Certificate
    • Bachelor of Commerce in Informatics or related field
    • 2 years of experience with SuccessFactors
    • Understanding of HR principles and concepts

    Advantageous Qualifications

    • 2 years of HRIS support experience
    • 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst
    • Experience with PL/SQL programming
    • Knowledge of IT and Internet technologies
