Description

We are seeking a Human Resource Officer that can operate at a strategic level, who needs to be energetic, enthusiastic and proactive in their work manner.

The successful incumbent is a self-starter with a proven track record in maintaining company policy, adopting best practices, and can exercise sound judgement in the pursuit of the achieving the goals of the organisation


REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor's Degree, or 3year National Diploma in Human Resource Management.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as an HR Generalist.
  • Engineering and Aviation experience will be advantageous.
  • In the possession of a valid drivers' license.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide a HR trusted advisory service which is aligned to company rules, guidelines and best practice.
  • Optimising and continuous improvement of HRrelated processes.
  • Manage, coordinate and drive identified projects.
  • Coordinate and provide guidance to managers on the disciplinary and appeal policies.
  • Draft monthly and periodical HR related reports accurately.
  • Provide coaching, counselling and training to staff and managers on the recruitment process, HR policies and relevant HR best practices.
  • Conduct job analysis.
  • Draft role profiles and ensure that content is agreed with the incumbent and the line manager.
  • Ensuring that role profiles are kept updated.
  • Carry out onboarding process

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Cape Town,

Western Cape:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
