- Guest Reception: Greet and welcome guests warmly, assisting with check-in and check-out processes.
- Reservation Management: Handle room bookings, cancellations, and modifications efficiently using our property management system (PMS)/(OPERA).
- Customer Service: Address guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests professionally and promptly.
- Communication: Answer phone calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments when necessary.
- Payment Processing: Manage guest transactions, including payments, invoices, and refunds.
- Coordination: Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Upselling: Promote upgrades, packages, and additional services to enhance guest experiences.
- A high school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality is a plus.
- Previous experience in a front desk, customer service, or hospitality role preferred.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using computer systems and property management software.
- Multitasking: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm under pressure.
