Job Title: Business Development Lead

About Our Client

Our client is the largest and first licensed on/off-ramp platform for stablecoins in Africa.

Description of Role

This role requires a seasoned professional with experience in business development, sales leadership, and partnership management.

Key Responsibilities Include:

New Business and Partner Acquisition:
· Prospecting, qualifying, and contract negotiation
· Identifying target clients and segments for our client's platform
· Developing new partnerships from start to execution, including contract negotiation
Partner Onboarding:
· Sales and product training
Partner Management:
· Pipeline and reporting
· Regular reviews with senior leadership to ensure success
Revenue Growth:
· Achieving and/or surpassing revenue targets set

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in business development or head of sales roles, with prior work experience in Africa required.

Required Skills:

Bachelor's Degree
Strong ability to close deals
Ability to get up to speed quickly and make tough decisions
Detailed knowledge of B2B discipline and FinTech/Cryptocurrency space

We are looking for someone who is adept at building solutions that drive growth and comfortable operating in a culture of total transparency and no politics.

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.

Please note that this is a remote full-time position.
