    We are seeking an experienced Internal Communication Manager to join our Corporate Marketing and Communications department in Sandton.

    Main Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement internal communications strategies to reach a wide audience, drive engagement, and ensure high levels of understanding.
    • Deploy various tactics to land strategic messages around performance, culture, and new initiatives.
    • Manage the design and production of promotional material for internal communications.
    • Liaise with stakeholders on business briefs, ensuring message content is relevant, accurate, and well-received.
    • Create and monitor metrics to evaluate communication strategies and tactics.
    • Manage relationships with production houses and agencies to meet design, layout, and deadline specifications.

    Corporate Strategic Alignment:

    • Align messaging strategy with corporate and marketing/communications strategies.

    Stakeholder Focus:

    • Provide efficient customer service to internal stakeholders.
    • Liaise with suppliers, agencies, and stakeholders.

    Learning & Growth:

    • Research and find new ways to improve work processes.
    • Support team through provision of professional and consistent service.
    • Take ownership of Personal Development Plan.

    Requirements:

    • Advanced Diploma or B Degree in Communications, Journalism, Brand Studies.
    • 5-8 years of experience in Internal Communications/Communications.
    • Significant exposure to all elements of the communications value chain.
    • Experience in managing multiple communications projects.

    The ideal candidate will have excellent written communication skills, be able to manage multiple projects, and possess strong stakeholder management skills. Salary: R600,000 - R900,000 per annum.
