Production Manager

Minimum Requirements

Essential: Matric.
Valid Driver's License and own vehicle.
Product Factory experience required.
Degree/Advanced Diploma in a relevant field.
Knowledge and experience in Lean Manufacturing.

Technical Requirements:

Microsoft Office

Roles and Responsibilities

Providing timely updates to the Factory.
Responsible to foresee current or forecast production issues.
Ensuring factory proficiency and optimum outputs.
Driving daily line targets and optimising plant capacity.
Continuously assessing production outputs.
Conduct hourly line checks.
Work with Team Leaders to support with decisions when needed to maintain shifts for their set targets.
Driving all Health and Safety requirements.
Responsible to take initiative that the Health and Safety team requires for best practice and zero harm vision.
