    We are seeking a highly skilled External Sales Representative to join our team. As an energy solution company, we require someone who can effectively generate new business, foster relationships with key clients, and drive revenue growth.

    This role requires a deep understanding of energy products and services, as well as industry trends, to communicate solutions tailored to client needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to meet sales targets and manage a sales pipeline.

    Responsibilities:

    • Acquire new and maintain existing customer accounts
    • Provide product support and technical advice to customers
    • Conduct regular customer visits
    • Address product complaints and warranty claims
    • Generate weekly reports on deliverables
    • Maintain healthy relations with external clients

    Requirements:

    • Attention to detail
    • Excellent customer service
    • Professional communication and people skills
    • A passion for selling and generating new business
    • Strong negotiation skills with good commercial acumen
    • A result-oriented problem solver with proven numeracy and computer literacy (MS Office)
    • Battery technical knowledge
    • Automotive replacement parts market knowledge
    • Familiarity with solar power systems and products would be advantageous
    • Well-organised and self-motivated individual

    Qualifications:

    • National Senior Certificate or equivalent qualification
    • Electrical Engineering or Auto-electrical qualification
    • At least 4 years of experience in a similar position
