    Store Manager - Nelspruit Opportunity

    We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Store Manager to lead our store's day-to-day operations, driving sales growth, customer satisfaction, and employee development.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Talent Development: Identify training needs, coach employees, and develop succession plans to foster a high-performing team.
    • Recruitment and Performance Management: Recruit, manage, and evaluate store staff in line with company policies and procedures.
    • Customer Experience: Implement processes to ensure exceptional customer service, adhering to business instructions, visual standards, and feedback mechanisms.
    • Compliance and Risk Management: Conduct thorough compliance checks, enforce adherence to policies, and mitigate risks through effective stock management.
    • Sales and Brand Awareness: Explore new opportunities to boost sales, enhance brand presence, and provide product performance feedback to support centre.
    • Operational Excellence: Collaborate on operational action plans, monitor sales and profitability reports, and authorise write-offs and returns.
    • Stockroom and Sales Floor Management: Maintain housekeeping standards, accurately receive and merchandise products, and drive sales objectives.
    • Leadership and Strategy: Lead the store team to achieve KPIs, align with company values, and drive operational strategy.

    Please note: This role requires a minimum of 3 years' experience in a Store Management position.
