    Hire Resolve is seeking a dedicated and experienced Operations Account Manager to join our client's team. As an Operations Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of clients in various industries. You will work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs. Additionally, you will oversee the operational aspects of client accounts, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of our services.

    Responsibilities

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
    • Understand client needs and provide solutions to meet those needs
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
    • Manage and maximize client accounts to achieve revenue and growth targets
    • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients
    • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
    • Monitor and report on the performance of client accounts
    • Stay updated on industry trends and developments

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field
    • Proven experience in account management, preferably in a recruitment or staffing agency
    • Strong understanding of operations and service delivery
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
    • Goal-oriented and results-driven
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
    • Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software
