Join Our Team as a Learning and Development Manager

We are seeking a talented and driven Learning and Development Manager to join our team.

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in defining and implementing Exxaro's Learning Delivery Strategy, policies, frameworks, and methodologies.


Minimum Requirements:


Qualifications & Experience:

  • BCom (Hons) HR Management (Essential/Minimum or)
  • B Degree (Hons) (Relevant) (Essential/Minimum)
  • Certificate Occup Directed ETD Practices (Essential/Minimum)
  • Skills Development Facilitator (Essential/Minimum)
  • Management Development Programme (Essential/Minimum)
8-10 years' experience at a management level with a Minimum of 3 years Human Resources Operations experience and a minimum of 5 years Training experience


Duties & Responsibilities:


Ability to:

  • Support in defining the Company's Learning Delivery Strategy, policies, frameworks, methodologies and approaches.
  • Develop and institutionalise Learning Systems philosophy and approach.
  • Ensure that all learning and development programmes meet the business needs.
  • Support capital projects by establishing and commissioning learning practises and systems that are aligned to the learning framework.
  • Oversee the systems and content learning frameworks for the Group.
  • Ensure legislative reporting and compliance.
  • Continuously scan Exxaro's internal and external environments i.e., rapid changes in technology, digitization, automation, trends, macroeconomic challenges, and evolving customer, community, and shareholder expectations to inform service delivery and offerings.
