    As an Executive Search and Career Consultant specialising in the niche market of Supply Chain, we represent top leaders and are called upon by blue chip organisations to secure talent and build high-performance teams.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop comprehensive project plans, monitor progress, manage risks, and facilitate stakeholder communications.
    • Leverage analytical skills, effective project management, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful delivery of commercial projects.

    Role Focus:

    The role will focus on ensuring the successful delivery of commercial projects by utilising analytical skills, effective project management, and stakeholder engagement.

    KPI's:

    • Identify and assess potential risks and issues that may impact commercial project delivery.
    • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure project objectives are met.
    • Provide regular status updates to senior management and stakeholders on project progress and any deviations from the plan.
    • Organise and facilitate commercial project meetings, ensuring clear agendas and objectives are set.
    • Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders, providing insights and updates on project status, risks, and issues.
    • Provide guidance and support to project team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements within project management and business analysis practices.
    • Implement best practices and methodologies to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness.
    • Continuously evaluate and refine commercial project management tools and techniques to support optimal project delivery.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
    • A minimum of 4-6 years' relevant experience.
    • Execution Sales Skills: Ability to research, identify, tackle, grow, and close business opportunities while ensuring necessary support from product and operations.
    • Agile Skills: Ability to prioritise multiple tasks to meet various deadlines.
    • Computer Skills: Intermediate computer skills with proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
