    Marketing and Sales Manager - Pinetown

    A seasoned marketing and sales professional is required to drive business growth and development in the Pinetown area.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing effective marketing strategies, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and driving sales performance.

    Main Responsibilities:

    1. Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth.
    2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
    3. Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
    4. Manage and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.

    Requirements:

    1. Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
    2. At least 5 years of experience in a marketing or sales role, with a minimum of 3 years at middle management level.
    3. Proven track record of success in developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies.
    4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
    5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

    Techical Competencies:

    1. Exceptional strategic marketing skills, with experience in driving market share and development.
    2. Experience in managing key business processes, such as demand planning and customer interface.
    3. Proven ability to lead and develop teams, with a focus on results-driven leadership.
    4. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
