The Marketing Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of marketing professionals to develop and execute marketing campaigns, strategies, and initiatives that drive business growth.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on campaign management, strategy development, and team management.
- Strong people management skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and coach team members to achieve their goals.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage budgets.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on datadriven decisionmaking.
- Experience in collating and analysing marketing data, presenting findings to senior management, and making datadriven recommendations.
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain a highperforming team.
- Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
- Experience in working in the tech industry and/or interest in technology beneficial to the role.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to help them achieve their goals and grow their skills.
- Oversee monthly KPA and subsequent feedback sessions for each marketing team member, with a specific focus on ensuring all outputs are datadriven and quantifiable.
- Help develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns, strategies, and initiatives that align with overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including sales, product, and design, to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall business goals.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse results, and make datadriven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors, and partners to ensure seamless execution of campaigns through regular communication and meetings.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing.
- Develop and maintain the marketing calendar, ensuring all campaigns are planned and executed on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with the sales and retail teams to develop targeted marketing campaigns that support lead generation and revenue growth.
- Manage the development of marketing collateral, including product sheets, case studies, and presentations.
