The purpose of this role is to assist the

Senior Manager:

Enforcement and Legal Compliance in identifying and eliminating risks of noncompliance (externally and internally), including but not limited to prescription and reckless credit lending practices.


EDUCATION

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Matric or relevant NQF L4 qualification
DESIRED/ PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

  • Relevant tertiary qualification
  • LLB Preferred

EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • 3 to 4 years of Legal / Latestage Collections experience
  • 2 to 4 years of paralegal experience
DESIRED/ PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

  • Required experience 3 to 4 years of Legal/Collections experience with a focus on all aspects of administration orders.

INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE

  • Job knowledge and insight in understanding egal collection business.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the Magistrates Courts Act with specific reference to Section 74 (Administration Orders).
  • Knowledge and understanding of the National Credit Act.
