    We're looking for a qualified candidate with:

    • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems
    • At least 5 years' experience in IT solutions development and 3-5 years in solutions architecture
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, analysis, design, system architecture design, and critical thinking
    • In-depth understanding of Financial services or Finance business domain; retail experience advantageous

    A day in your life would involve:

    Solution Design

    • Understanding business strategy, priorities, and processes to advise on technology implementation
    • Designing applications or services that meet business needs and scale for future growth
    • Leading technical vision, guiding project management, and development teams through systems development life cycle
    • Ensuring non-functional requirements are met, mitigating risk, and complying with governance and legislative requirements
    • Selecting suitable technology for solutions, balancing architectural guidelines, and contributing to the overall technology architecture roadmap
    • Staying up-to-date with the latest changes and trends in IT architecture to provide insights and recommendations

    Business Domain

    • Maintaining relationships with business stakeholders to ensure alignment
    • Contributing technical thought leadership to influence discussions and decision-making

    Sharing best practice knowledge and mentoring developers to become Solution Architects.
