    Job Title: Sr. Product Manager

    We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Product Manager to join our Conversational AI team. This team develops consumer-facing and agent-facing solutions for well-known Fortune 500 level brands.

    The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of software features, processes of ideation, validation, tradeoff evaluation, and roadmapping. They will lead the build out of our agent-facing Conversational AI products and work cross-functionally with client, partner, and internal stakeholders.

    • Define and refine product vision and strategy, developing business, financial, and operational plans.
    • Evaluate and prioritize requirements, collaborating with designers and engineers to ideate, design, build, test, deliver, and optimize solutions.
    • Lead, manage, or mentor junior team members, driving improvements and framing tradeoffs to push the team forward.
    • Work with go-to-market teams on sales/marketing/demo materials, providing subject matter expertise for internal, client, and partner sales efforts.
    • Plan and manage multiple simultaneous initiatives, performing other duties as assigned or required.

    Requirements

    • 6+ years of relevant experience, including completion of functional, technical, project management, change management, and integration related deliverables.
    • Deep understanding of software features and processes, including ideation, validation, tradeoff evaluation, and roadmapping.
    • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Design, Engineering, and Operations.
    • Superior communication skills and ability to present effectively at all levels of the organization.
    • Skilled problem-solver and decision maker, able to navigate challenging situations professionally.
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent training, fellowship, or work experience.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience in workspace design and understanding of the worker experience.
    • Track record implementing transformational applications into complex enterprise environments with leading best practices and thought leadership.
    • Experience in human-powered customer engagement over phone or chat/messaging.
    • Experience with NLP/Machine Learning.
