    Job Summary

    As a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in promoting the company's portfolio of medical products to healthcare professionals. Your focus will be on establishing and nurturing relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and key practices in your region.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with KOLs, physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare providers.
    • Utilize a scientifically informed approach to educate healthcare professionals on product benefits, mechanisms of action, and clinical applications.
    • Oversight of HCP engagement activities, including round table discussions and CMEs, ensuring alignment with regulatory and ethical guidelines.
    • Strategic planning to target key accounts, manage assigned territories effectively, and maximize reach and impact.
    • Gather and analyze market intelligence, competitive activity, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities, improve messaging, and refine sales strategies.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 2-5 years' sales experience in pharmaceutical sales.
    • Experience working with GPs and Specialists.
    • Proven ability to build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, particularly KOLs, and influence decision-making.
    • Strong knowledge of medical and scientific principles.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, planning, and organization skills.
    • Ability to work independently and effectively manage a geographic territory.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within assigned territory.
