    Job Title: Production Manager

    Location: Johannesburg, South Africa

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee all aspects of our production process. The successful candidate will lead our production team, manage resources efficiently, and uphold health and safety regulations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Project Management: Coordinate schedules, budgets, and inter-departmental collaboration.
    • Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality standards.
    • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor production staff.
    • Resource Management: Optimize use of materials and labor, manage inventory.
    • Health & Safety: Ensure compliance and conduct safety audits.
    • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
    • 5+ years of production management experience, preferably in shopfitting or custom manufacturing.
    • Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
    • Proficiency in production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

    • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
